RE: Predict my 5000m
I ran a 19:49 at a fairly flat course with pretty good pacing. Started out and didn't sprint because I don't like to. Ran 6:15 for the first mile and was 12:42 at the 2 mile. I know I could get a little better at pacing but that doesn't really account for a 30 second deficit.
What does this say about me? Do I run workouts too hard, do I not push enough in races? I threw up after I finished so I just have no idea. I was running with someone up until about 2.75 miles but then couldn't hold on and he ended up getting 19:39.
