I wonder if Habs considered using the ARRS database with its athlete data? Ken Young and the ARRS recently put out a more interactive website with all of their [ARRS] data at more.arrs.net; which allows users to compare runners head to head. I think it would just be a small step to move Trackbot to the ARRS database.

Tilastopaja.net is a pretty thorough database, but Ken Young's records might be more comprehensive at least back to the early 1950s. Also, I know that Ken is into developing machine learning.

Moreso the fact that the DB isn't meant to be comprehensive before 1998, it only has the Olympics and other major international competitions before then.[/quote]
