Is this real? It reads like an Onion article.

"The Olympics’ new guidelines allow men who say they are women to compete in the Olympics even if they have not undergone castration provided testosterone levels have been below male levels for a year."

That can't be the Olympic guidelines. I mean, regulations are concerned with testosterone levels of male (or should I sale male-identified) athletes. So, they'd give hormone levels a pass just because someone identifies as female. No way.
