I also created a new tab and pasted the tracker data from 6/11 to the end. (excellent work saving that whoever it was)
It's not visible on the graph, but prior to Asher's post he was doing up to 20 consecutive miles at sub 7 pace.
After the geezers showed up, and he tried to put on a show, there were still no more than 1.5 consecutive miles ran at sub 7. Usually a only half mile here or there.
Similar histogram for Joe Fejes' world-class 6day effort last year. These are even roughly KM splits, not miles, and there is still not a single one below 7. Granted RY cannot be expected to have such a great pacing strategy as a noob, but the contrast here is striking.
