On the one hand, if you hear how RY speaks or if you read how he writes... You would say he is indeed retarded.

On the other hand, was Dustbin claiming in 2004 that RY was world tri champion? Or making these Milram claims on Wikipedia in 2012?

Maybe the impression of being not so clever is faked by RY as well?
