Don't forget he was chubby and 15 stones (210 pounds) when he ran his first three marathons in 30 hours, the fastest at 3.19
That's an interesting additional detail in his own words that is not mentioned in his book.
So now, regarding his first 3 marathons, I would state it this way based on his own account of things:
I do not buy the claim that he ran 4:07, 3:28, 3:19 in that order, on a whim, untrained, in a 30-hour period of time, weighing 15 stones (210 pounds).
There is definitely some exaggeration and distortion going on with those claims whether it be the times, their order, the distances, the lack of training, his weight, or all of it. All of that is not true at the same time, yet he has claimed all of that in his own words.[/quote]
Robert Young is an egregiously lying cheat. In my opinion.
I won't even go over his 2015 season. One of the most disgusting, ever.
Here he is in 2014 doing parkruns in 21 minutes.
I chafe when see his scumbag face on the road.
I hope he goes down in a heap in the final days, he deserves it.
