Concur. Back in 2004 most people didn't have fancy schmancy GPS gadgets. I used to hand my routes on Map My Run. If I ran a loop that I had done before, I just copied over the last time I did it.

I don't believe the story of his first three marathons but Map My Run is not a smoking gun.
