If they were done in 5 hours a piece I'd believe it off of no training. He does however have some results that show he can run 3.20-3.30 back to backs but these were done a few months into his daily marathon runs.
If he did take 5 hours for the first one wouldn't he have been late into work? If they did take longer then this gives him less rest in between them, which makes them tougher. If (most likely) these were just long runs and not marathons doesn't this invalidate his claim of most marathons in a year? (Or were these not part of that)?
The watches he shows in the video are TomTom Runner watches.
