Rupp fan
Galen Rupp did a fantastic job! After coming back from running a marathon and then running 7:48 for 3000m in US indoor championships has to be a very difficult task. No american and not even Ryan Hill or Bernard Lagat can cover that combination of effort in just one month. So big props to Galen Rupp for running what he did and it's been satisfying that he's got to run it in his hometown. He'll come back and get his speed back for Us Olympic Trials 10000m and 5000m. He's in a good step towards Rio that's for sure, and as a Rupp fan, I know he's capable of winning an Olympic Gold medal in either marathon or 10000m in Rio. He's not a doper.

I give Bowerman Track Club guys credit for setting up an honest and fast pace. It's a hard task but doable. I think the reason they did that was to outrun Bernard Lagat and other athletes who could kick well in a slow, tactical race. Congrats Ryan Hill for winning the race. And congrats to Paul Chelimo for making it to World Indoor US team by finishing in second place.
