Renato,I want to be sure I understand the second to the last thing you wrote. "long run at low intensity is useless, and max lactic speed also." In your system, what do you mean by max lactic speed? Also, what do you think of the training of Dieter Baumann and some Japanese runners with lots of long run at low intensity?
