I agree you with. Simply in my post reply to you i will try to do some emphasis in the fact that you it seems to miss - that´s a big issue - training Frequency and training Extend consequences. And now i´m glad that you and 1064 Toquio 5000m gold medal Bob Schul you both agree with me, that my advise, all needs to be progressively in a training approach - all that rules are valid for a workout in all out pace (as my hill example) as for submaximal paces (as you example)
I say also this because in my opinion one of the main mistakes i see in some schedules that´s the inflate of hard demanding workouts. The simplistic taugh that more is better, more workouts weekly, more sets etc that will mean quickly improve when most of the times that means a disaster.
