I have plenty of success on the short game. That's not the problem. The problem is finding a girl who isn't shortsighted who appreciates someone with long term goals.

Someone has got you right. You don't have to drink every night. You don't even have to drink. What are those people doing? Socializing, meeting new people, for a couple of hours on a regular basis.

What is working hard for months then vanishing to New Zealand? Not socializing. "Long game" most likely happens if you are honest and appealing AND SOCIALIZING.
