Some of you guys are misunderstanding me. I'm not a boring schmuck who never does anything but work. I've done a lot in life and continue to do a lot in life. I just am able to recognize when it is a time to work or a time to play. I would rather work hard for a few months and then spend 2 weeks in new zealand than waste my money going out drinking every night and then have nothing to show for it. I would rather work extra when needed and get that promotion (which I've gotten several times) than bust out early just to watch a few extra hours of TV. I'm 26 and make roughly 3X as much money as the girl in my OP who just cares about having fun. She lives paycheck to paycheck and has no hope of ever having a family unless she becomes a parasite as she has no ability to contribute financially to anything... yet she still seeks out guys just like her who have no hope of ever supporting a family either, and she still wonders why she's single and husbandless.

I work hard today so that I can relax and have an adventure 3 months from now. Most girls I meet have no such concept and just want to have fun every single day. It's just shortsighted.
