Maybe this is not a problem for your Kenyans but what do you suggest to someone who has not improved for a while (or if they have improved, only a small amount and yet they are not even very fast).
For instance, a 13 minute runner obviously has not so much room to improve because he is already very fast.
But a 16 minute runner can usually run much faster. What to do for this person if they are training but have not gotten much faster?
