This is a tremendous achievement. Let the testers and police take care of the drug issues and let us just enjoy the competition until there's news as to other things.

What was the key training change that you see, Renato? I recall something to the effect of very fast long runs of around 2:10 and workouts of something like 4x5k at marathon pace or faster. Is that right?
