Besides that, you seem to misinterpret my words. I said that I thought Coe's highest week would be ~90, with several weeks in the 80s during his base phase(s). 3000mi/yr will provide for a significant level of aerobic development (usually you'll see a drop off after 1500m in terms of ability) and it follows with the aforementioned periodization.
