Marius, who was coached by Peter Coe and has seen Seb's logs, posted a couple of months ago that Seb ran 45 miles/wk, not counting warmups and cooldowns. If you assume that he ran all 5 paces each week, the warmup/cooldown would bring the total to around 65, or about what Frank Horwill has said.

Of course, what's written down in black and white isn't as important as what Trackhead and Snell THINK.
