What a race by Emma Coburn to get the American record.

I actually got goose bumps as she went over the last water jump. I like seeing the Americans race and go for it and the crowd was in it because Coburn and Ayalew were attacking side by side.

Well deserved AR.

Icing on the cake would have been if she won the race but a close second isn't too bad.

The rest of the Americans could learn from Coburn.
