To further the Coe point, adding 3x2x2mi per week for warmups/cooldowns and his 4-5 times per week 8km morning run (not counted b/c it was just jogging) makes for an additional 22-27mi/wk to the typically quoted Coe figure of 90km or 60mi/wk maximums, makes for ~82-87mi or 135km in a week.
