Why don't you feel that runs up to 180 min. can be beneficial in providing more mitochondria, capillaries, myoglobin, etc. than 90 min. runs? On strength alone, it amkes a huge difference -- the ability to keep doing something for up to 3hrs has always been a huge strength builder to me.
