All this talk of Mo Farah and world records is ridiculous. 2.81 seconds off the WR in the 1500 is an eternity, 1.36% slower, equivalent to a 12:47 or a 26:37. Very good but not a record threat, and Farah has yet to actually approach that level in anything but 1500, nor is he training to. If he thought he could, he would have tried. Switching to marathons means he's given up on the idea if he ever even entertained it at all.
