In the whole world, there are virtually only two groups of people that have worse predispositions for the javelin throw than Nilotes: Ethiopians and Pygmies. A Kenyan in the final of the javelin throw? Maybe once in 1000 years.

The difference between an average Nilote and an average javelin thrower is 20 kilos of muscle. But you know, PEDs can change your biology very dramatically, especially when you don't have to be afraid of any serious doping testing in your nice green mountains.

But at least, we have more diversity in athletics, haven't we? Next time, a Pygmy will probably grab gold in the shot put. You can never know.
