Thanks for your insight as always. I am curious as to what you would consider the different training zones are for a middle distance runner (5/10k)? For instance I have seen you mention aerobic and anaerobic threshold training, what is the difference physically here? I know that Coe advocates 5 different zones and I think it is the same for Daniels. It would almost seem like you are splitting threshold training into 2 distinct zones.
