RE: favorite thread page
It seems that Kip Litton willfully and routinely chooses to conceal his bib during road races. We can speculate all we want about the motive for that, here's my question: do race directors ever DQ age group or award winners for failing to comply with USATF Rule 143.7?
"In cross country, long distance runs, and race walks, the competitors must wear a bib on the front and should also wear a bib on the back. The front bib must be visible at all check points and at the finish line. A transponder timing device and other identification issued by the Games Committee must be worn according to instructions. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the event."
