I might start a new thread but I would love to find out a little bit more about the recovery portion of the interval, pace, effort, etc. Perhaps a bit of information on both and whether or how they might change given the period of training.

I have read a Chris Puppione article in which you referenced for 10K Specific Pace training to work the recovery interval at 80% of the speed of the race pace. I would be very interested to know if you have similar percentages when it comes to 3Ks and 5K paces.
