That they have no knowledge of it. Someone could have written a check made out to Kip Litton, and then he could have turned around and written a check to CF for the same amount, and they would have no knowledge of what actually happened.

That statement is basically saying "We have no knowledge of any charity donation wrongdoing by Kip Litton." You guys should stop trying to read more into it than is there.
