Does anyone have an idea of what the recoveries would be?
My guesstimate is 5-10 minutes, or 2-4 laps slow jogging.

kennedy did a similar workout in spring/early summer once where they ran 3:56, 2:55, 1:55, 54 and that was with 2:30 rest. i say they because kennedy was doing the workout with a group of kenyans being led by daniel komen(7:20). yes that daniel komen.[/quote]
