when doing glute bridges put a theraband around your thighs and keep tension on them....While doing this keep your heels as close to your butt as possible and when going up stay on your heels. After getting to the top strike each glute with a fist and go down. My FMS guy showed me this. It really works the external hip rotators because you have tension from the band.
