I'd say 10 weeks out I'm at 90%. The groin area no longer really bothers me, it's my lower back and left glute. Over the last few weeks even those issues have subsided. I can definitely see a day in the not too distant future where I can again run, full speed, pain free. That's a great feeling that I had no hope of 11 weeks ago.
Playing soccer three times a week and running 2-3 miles and speed work on other days. I still need to do quite a bit of stretching, but things are definitely looking on the up and up.
