Albert, when was your surgery or how long has it been since? What stage are you at? Kent, gain pliability in the tissue near incision and those tight adductors. When you are sure they are responding well take on a little at a time. Better too slow than too fast after this endeavor. The regret of knowing "if I just would have done this instead of that" is the phrase to guide you. Think ahead. I know I wish I were training again- that's the drug. Go slow and steady.

As I am a week from surgery I am still feeling some mild aggravation in the right adductor area. Anyone believe that the insertion on the pub bone under the incision( tightness of that scar tissue) is the reason for this? Any recent recpients of surgery feel this 6 days post surgery? Also the incision on the right feels a bit 'moundlike'. Any comments would be appreciated...
