hey guys just alil word of advice that has really helped me, breathe into your stomache, it really helps me keep my muscles relaxed, and it can really help with some of the anxiety that can come with this type of injury, and if u can, try the froggy to help relieve pinch nerves, lay on ur back draw ur knees up with ur feet flat on the ground then drop your knees to the side down to the floor, like a frog laying on its back. Really opening up your groin, like spreading eagle. I hope this helps.
