Good luck Mike...sounds like your body is in good condition for a quick rehab......This is pure speculation but I think when you have this injury and if you are able to continue to strengthen the core you have less pain because all the muscles in the core that you are strengthening are picking up the slack for any torn tendons/muscles you may have in that area....I know most of the time when I do a good core routine I feel pretty good right after the workout ...and Im guessing its because all the muscles are pumped up with blood and taking over.,..but after hour or 2 hours the pain returns....then of course there are times when the pain is real bad no matter what I do and other times when I really tweak it that it almost feels like day one of the injury......thats the whole frustrating thing about this extreme to the other...........Good luck again Mike and keep us posted.........My Countdown is at 36 days....cant wait to be on the other side of it and starting rehab
