RE: 7 Weeks Post Op
Im scheduled for 7/15.........heres a pre surgery routine Im going to do if not every day at least every other up until surgery day to try to help me out post op/rehab:

STRENGTHENING PM
About 10 minutes of stretching
Pelvic Tilts with march 20x
Reverse Ab Crunch 20x
AB Crunch 20x
Floor Bridge Hold 1x2 minutes
Floor Bridge with March 20x
Glute Squeezes on lying on back 40x
Lying Open Clams 20x
Dog Points on all 4's opposite arm leg 15x
Back extension over swiss ball 20x
Oblique side raises over swiss ball 15x
double leg extensions over swiss ball 20x
Prone Cobra Hold 1x1 minute
Lying Hip adduction, abbduction, extension, prone extension 20x2lbs
Elliptical or Bike while contracting TA 1x 5-10 minutes

Every few days I want to work in some Lunges, single leg balances, lying hip rotations, Sprints and a few others

EGOSCUE AM:
Counter Stretch :30 seconds
Sitting Floor 5 minutes
Static Back 5 minutes
Supine Groin 10 minutes each side ( every other day)
Gravity Drops 1 minute
Air Bench 1 minute
Assisted Hip Lift 1 minute each side
Upper Spinal Twist 1 minute each side
Supine Foot Circles/Flexes

SUPPLEMENTS:
L Glutimine 5 grams
HMB 2-3 grams
Creatine 5 grams
DHEA 50mgs
HGH 1iu / 5 days on...2 days off
Cosamin DS....Joint Supplement
SAM-e 400mgs
MULTI VITAMIN

Ill add a few more and up the doses on some about a week before surgery and post surgery

* Anybody else have a pre surgery routine that they found helped???????
