RE: Anyone ever had a "Sports Hernia" aka: "Sportsman's hernia", "Gilmore's groin", or &
Wow....you guys are amazing. I just got back from pool work and i did 5 laps frontwards...5 backwards.....5 sideways....

adduction x 20 abduction x 20 flexion x 20 extension x 20

can really feel it in the adductors with the resistance of the water....however, the other side adduction i can feel it more on the surgery side because i am balancing on the surgery side/foot.

I really feel good after the pool work but get real sore an hour later.

The flexibility is very very good now. Driving still tires my adductors out because i unlike most have my right side operated on. After a ling ride my shin and calf still get tight....but nowhere near as bad pre-surgery.

Still have some lumbar tenderness bouncing around depending on what i do. I attribute this to not having any core work in years.....(due to the RA tear) and now being overweight....My waist is 38...so i can not compete> i will get to a 34 and get down to 200 where i am around 10% bodyfat....I have to do it smart and methodical because i want to limit my setbacks....
