RE: Ryan Hall coming into good shape part 2
If Cheruiyot is in shape then Ryan had better be "fully ryan" because he is going to need to run a course record and probably go sub 2:07 to win. Remember RC has run sub 2:08 on this course twice (i think only twice?), without pacers and without any real competition over the last 6 miles.

If Hall pulls out a win over Cheruiyot then he will have really stepped up to the next level. I would love to see it happen but somehow I don't think it's realistic, unless Cheruiyot isn't in shape. In that case the race should be Hall's to lose.
