Phase 1 Core

Cook Hip Lift- single leg bridge holds
Quadruped Hip Ext (McGill Bird Dogs)
Side Bridge- short lever
Supine Psoas Holds
Supine or Side Lying Adduction- squeeze an Airex or Pilates Ring if pain free 75 cm.
Ball Rollouts (only direct ab work and only if pain free, larger dia, balls are lower stress)
Reaching 1 leg Straight leg deadlift
