It has been about 18 months since i started feeling pain. After a large amount of rest and PT ive gotten much better. Most of the pain is in my abs now just below the naval. The groin pain has mostly subsided. I just had an AP protocol MRI done last week and await results. If i do have AP i believe i will try additional therapy vs surgery. I have seen stories of non surgical success even in pro athletes. Any AP specific therapy info would be of great help. also has anyone posted a list of the SH docs and their contact info on here id like that as well.

Hello P -

Thanks for the useful post. I too am set on a non-surgical approach. You mentioned you had rest and PT. I'm wondering about your PT. Any advice on best kind of PT?
