About the long run need. Most of the olympics and world finalists they go the the vestiaries and take shower. But that´s not the reason they are olympics. How many do take sower everyday but aren´t olympics or world finalists ?How many runners al over the world do the long run aren´t qualified for the olympics or world champs ? Certain much more than those who are olympics and don´t do long runs.
