Thank you all for your replies, I think I will go to gym and see what doesn't hurt the next day and come up with a gym routine based on a process of elimination!
my fear is that things like bench press will increase the inter-abdominal pressure and cause pain and further tearing of the supposed "scars" due to my sh, but I guess if its not hurting its ok;
Also just wanted to mention, my sh happened differently from most of the people here, I used to run, but not too much, I did mostly weight training, and this happened to me while I was doing declined bench situps (it was my first time doing those). Anyways I thought it could be something else since obviously I am not runner (although I run about 2 hours a week). But it has become painfully clear that its not tendinitis. And the worst thing is the look doctors give you when you tell them you have sh.In fact I had a doctor friend who told me to go see a psychiatrist because this is all in my head :(
