My plan was 15 miles first week running that was 2 weeks after surgery. Then 5 miles a week till I got to 100 a week. By doing the math I'd be at 100 miles April 1st. No workouts for 10 miles starting once a week a tempo run. Then every 4 to 5 weeks add a workout a week till I'm at 4 workouts a week. Maybe ahead of myself alittle but positive outlook is the only way to go! Plus stretching and lots of core stuff.
