So Borza or Juantorina would be advised to do a healthy amount of aerobic work by Lydiard? (I'm unaware of what they do/did.)
Why would sprinters need an extended run? I asked about 400-800 because it reaches into that area of aerobic endurance, and would 100 miles be smart? But 200-400 doesn't benefit from aerobic work I wouldnt think.
Wondering if Daniels or Lydiard ever coached runners who went below 800.
