I am not running, I am walking more than jogging. The longest stretch I ran was maybe 75 meters, and that was very slow. I have only been "jogging" to test the level of pain. I did not have the adductor release. I don't plan to try to "run" for at least 2 more weeks. Joesting told me to start walking as soon as I felt like it, then when I felt I could start jogging, go ahead and try to. I am not pushing it though. Meyers' recovery program is longer than Joesting's I am sure. Meyers does the adductor release I know. I don't know that Joesting does that.
