I'm a 21 years old 800m runner. I'm stuck since 2018 with my PR.
400s 48''70 and 800s 1'51''50
I'm also able to run 200s in 22''50
I train 5 times a week, with weight lifting, easy run, intervals like 8x500s recovery 1min30, or 5X3 mins at 3'10 pace.
I often do like 3x500s with 6 minutes recovery in 1'09-1'10.
But I'm stuck and unable to improve my 800 time, and it's very frustrating because I think with my 400m speed I can do better....
What are your advices ?
