I ve got some of his logs if there isinterest ,i could show here some example weeks from different seasons. He is a really great guy and i think he wouldn t be bothered, actually he coached me via e-mail and i ve run some pr s under his guidance. Although the approach was a bit different but 3day of intervals. Tried also the almost daily 200s 8-12 a day like 5 times a week, and time trialed low 1.50s . I was really high 1.50 s shape when i started and i did it for 5-6weeks, also did some longer intefvals like 3*400 walk a lap +3*150. I should note that i ve had 1.53 pr that time.
So i can see the point of this bit old school approach, especially for guy moving up and not able do do realy tempo and long intervals work ( but if you trie like 2*12*200 running 37 joggin 70s , it really works on your aerobic system to, while not slogging along in the same time. You can do the magh but it s like half an hour fartlek basicly.
