It’s the fault of the head coach. Not the assistant. The head coach is responsible for the lineup and the travel squad and he needs to double check the entries prior to the deadline. Once entries are posted, there is no additions and scratch rule is in effect. Kids should not have been allowed to run even without scoring . They still affected outcome of races , heats, etc.
