Muir said she runs 50 miles per week, at MOST 60 mpw. That could be part of the difference between her and Dibaba (I don't know how much Dibaba runs, but I assume quite a bit more).

3x workouts, 20x200 or 10x600 VERY hard with low rests. If faster speeds, fewer reps.
