Just saw an interview where Zion Williamson claimed to run a 4:55 mile in HS.

I knew a guy...

I knew a guy in College who was 6"-6'3 weighing about 200-250. He ran moderately with his girlfriend (who was on the XC team). He ran a 4:45 mile. I think it's possible.
