From an american standpoint, it was a great race. However, from a world stand point, that was pretty easy for Korir. That last lap kick was so easy for him, and he was basically out there jogging the previous laps.
I just don't see any ameircan being able to finish top 3 in the men's 800m. We have a lot of work to do.
I like Brazier, but he can't run from behind. He is at his best when front running, Boris is the same way, and that is not going to work against the africans. I guess Clayton is still our only hope, but if he is still dead on with doubling, then that is dead to.
Again, great race. But Korir made that look like a walk in the park.
