Looks like Korir had it in that one, but it is slightly after the line to be fair

Take a look at vids/photos of every close race, one meter after the finish, and it's almost always the case that the second place person is ahead of the winner. Two reasons: 1) the winner relaxes 2) the second place person is saying "I had you if the race was a bit longer". The latter is sometimes true, but mostly just sour grapes.
