MG basically stalked an author after reading her book. She didn’t like him but kind of took advantage of him. It’s hard to say no to him bc he is pretty nice, albeit nerdy and out of touch.
Anyway, he succeeded in getting your attention. Like others have said, he mostly works from home but oh, dear the little people might miss out on their corporate culture!
I’m mostly remote. i’ll admit we’re launching a new product and it is a major problem doing it remotely. But even if I go in, no one else will, including the consultants. So I am not bothered bc i’m a small part of it. The leaders really have to look at how this will shake out and if working remotely for projects like this is effective. Otherwise, personally I love working from home; I can get all my other work not related to this project done way more efficiently.
